What to expect
First, get in touch with us and send your application documents via WhatsApp or online through our website (e.g., your CV). The more information and documents you upload, the higher the chances of a match with one of our partner companies. Afterward, we look forward to getting to know you better in a personal (online) interview.
In the first 2 months, we will prepare you intensively for your traineeship. With the support of our experienced training partners, you will be made ready for your first Project Management certification. At the same time, you will work with socialbee on developing your personal strengths and gain valuable insights into working life in Germany. In our Female Empowerment Sessions, you will also meet inspiring women who will share their success secrets with you and motivate you to carve your own path.
And here we go: After successfully completing your pre-qualification, you’ll start a 12-month traineeship contract with a well-known company in the finance and banking industry. Here, you’ll apply everything you’ve learned in the qualification program and receive a full salary from day one.
After 1 year of successful traineeship, you’ll have the chance to receive a permanent employment contract with your company. Take control of your future now!
